Just wanted to thank you both for the extremely rapid response to my call for help on Wednesday 8th July 2020. Water dripping from the boiler is never a good sign!! But your rapid response identified the problem and fixed it in no time. Even though the issue was with the boiler and not your installation, you sorted it for me and I’m very grateful.
